The Site Support & Distribution Technician is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, assembling product kits, and for the direct set-up, maintenance and tear down of cleanroom equipment at an off-site partner facility. This role provides oversight for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products while ensuring inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and a safe working environment.

The Site Support & Distribution Technician is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, assembling product kits, and for the direct set-up, maintenance and tear down of cleanroom equipment at an off-site partner facility. This role provides oversight for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products while ensuring inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and a safe working environment.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble and package kits following detailed work instructions ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with cleanroom operating procedures by following all gowning, hygiene, and contamination-control requirements. Ensure adherence to standards for cleanroom attire, personal cleanliness, grooming practices, and environmental controls designed to protect sensitive materials and process from contamination
- Travel to partner site to complete equipment set up, clean up, and tear down following all cleanroom protocol (mileage reimbursement)
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Unload, label and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
- Package products according to company standards, ensuring proper labeling and protection
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet wrapper and stand-behind lift
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory shortages or issues
- Assist with moving office equipment, minimal facility maintenance and set-up/tear down for staff activities/events
- All other duties as assigned

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time, long-term basis
- Able to read, comprehend, and speak English fluently to communicate questions, errors and production needs effectively, concisely and clearly
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must maintain automobile insurance that meets Ohio state requirements
- Must have a personal vehicle in safe operating condition that meets all applicable Ohio inspection and registration requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting or similar tasks
- Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills (typing, email, online search, ordering, applications)
- Direct experience working independently managing priorities, coordinating tasks ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive interpersonal skills and professional interactions with coworkers
- Able to comprehend and follow step-by-step written instructions
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must have the manual dexterity to perform assembly of small components and operate delicate tools
- Ability to perform visual inspection of small parts and to read fine print with or without corrective lenses
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment and follow all protocol
- Must be able to bend, twist, and lift above the head on a continual basis
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items
- Smoking and/or vaping are not conducive to a cleanroom environment nor are the remnants of smoking/vaping particles on an individual. Therefore, Guardian has specific guidelines regarding an individual’s smoking/vaping habits.

- 1-2 years of experience with materials, inventory, warehouse operations
- Experience with Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with sterile products or inside a clean environment
- Indoor facility located next to an active commercial and military airport
- Air quality-controlled rooms that have strict entry protocols including the use of gowns, masks, gloves and hair nets
- Climate-controlled and clean production and warehouse space with minimal noise level
- Fluctuations in warehouse temperature that may result in hot or cold conditions
- Travel to partner site (within 10 miles) weekly using personal vehicle
